These Terms of Use govern your use of yourbestinternet.com (the “Site”). Your Best Internet is a service of Castro Enterprises Inc (“Your Best Internet,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Who you are dealing with

• We are not an internet provider. Internet service is provided and billed by the provider you choose, under that provider’s own terms.
• Dealers are independent. Each Dealer page belongs to an independent authorized retailer. Dealers are not our employees and cannot change provider prices, terms, or policies.
• The shopping tool is run by a third party. It is provided by MyFinance (a Bankrate company) and its partners, such as Allconnect, and your use of it is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Prices and availability

Plans, prices, speeds, promotions, and availability come from the providers and can change at any time. Availability depends on your exact address and is confirmed by the provider. Actual speeds vary. We do not guarantee that any plan, price, or speed will be available to you.

Placing an order

To order, you must:

• be at least 18 years old,
• be the person who will hold the account, or be authorized by them,
• enter your own accurate information.

Dealers and other third parties may not place orders on a customer’s behalf through the Site. Orders must be entered by the customer.

Fraud prevention and monitoring

We monitor Site use to prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes checking for repeated visits from the same connection or device, VPN or proxy use, and mismatches between visit and order locations. We may block access from a connection or device, pause a Dealer page, or report activity to providers or authorities, without notice.

Rules for using the Site

You agree not to:

• give false information or pretend to be someone else,
• hide or fake your location to place orders,
• change or remove the Dealer or visit codes attached to the shopping tool,
• use bots, scripts, or automated tools on the Site,
• interfere with the Site’s security or operation.

Our content

The Site’s design, text, and logos belong to Castro Enterprises Inc or its licensors. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify their services.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for provider service, installation, billing, or outages, or for the shopping tool’s accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Your Best Internet and Castro Enterprises Inc are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Using the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
